Roland plans to boost their activities in the Middle East region

FESPA has announced that the second edition of FESPA Middle East will return to the Dubai Exhibition Centre in 2025. The event will run for three days from 14 – 16 January 2025, occupying the North Halls of the venue, including halls 1A, 1B & 2A. FESPA’s decision to host this event in 2025 follows the positive response to the launch of the inaugural FESPA Middle East 2024. In an exclusive conversation with PrintWeek MENA during the debut edition of the FESPA Middle East, Takuto Hasegawa and Akram Balkis of Roland DG Corporation said: “We introduced four new models in January, and three of them were here at the show. And also, last year, we established a new company for digital wallpapers. We also have samples here. And so far, the feedbacks or responses from the market is very good. Okay. So, we are happy that we are here at the FESPA Middle East 2024. It is important to show our presence and meet people in the market. It is our first time here.”

“Usually, Roland always thinks outside of the box and tries our best to meet customers’ needs. And it’s okay if any customer has any idea. They can come to our lab or creative center, and they can try whatever they want in their mind.

“We have been in business for the last 40-something years. We have a good relationship with the mother company and we are happy. We thank everybody in UAE and all the exhibitors here.”

The inaugural FESPA Middle East 2024 exhibition (29-31 January, 2024, Dubai Exhibition Centre) connected senior decision-makers from print and signage businesses with leading OEM suppliers and distributors, and featured a strong programme of educational content, facilitating conversations on investments, partnerships, and industry growth plans. 54% of visitors shared they were planning to invest at, or within six months of, the show. Of those visitors who shared their investment budget, the average was $205,000 per visitor, with a collective budget of over $486 million.
