Fujifilm Middle East to participate in GPP 2025

Building on Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, Gulf Print & Pack 2025 is set to bring new growth opportunities for the commercial print and packaging industry in the Kingdom.

Sabarish Ramanunni, Graphics Communication Division Manager at Fujifilm Middle East, said: “Saudi Arabia is a very important market for Fujifilm Middle East. With the new interest in Saudi Arabia, the expected growth rate, and the vision of the KSA administration, we expect that this will create a conducive environment for the print market as well. GPP will be the perfect opportunity to showcase the new Fujifilm Vision to the market. Hence, we are going on to showcase our new product lineup with the theme of Discover the Difference for this show as well. We plan to showcase our entire lineup of the Revoria Brand products. There is a completely new range of mid-range production presses which will be launched commercially in the region during the show. We are expecting great participation from other countries as well for the show, which will be a perfect fit for our plans to introduce and show our strength in the new direction which Fujifilm want to lead.

“A localised show for the biggest market in the region is a great idea. I believe this will be very helpful in the longrun to cater to this specific market. Understanding the political and religious importance of KSA in the region gives an added opportunity for other countries to visit the country and experience the exhibition in a much different setting than they are used to. Fujifilm is planning to grow and support the Saudi Arabian market on a large scale.  Unfortunately will not be able to comment on the details as this is still under consideration with the management team.

“Fujifilm Middle East has not participated in GPP for quite some time now. The markets, opportunities and expectations have changed completely, and so have Fujifilm and our portfolio. On a more philosophical note, the world is a different place in the post-Covid era. Rather than looking into the past I would like to look forward to how this exhibition will help us catapult ourselves into the future.”

He adds: “Fujifilm Print will showcase the entire print-on-demand product lineup and our A3 colour printer in the show. We have a new series of mid-range products, which we will be showcasing and launching during the event. We will also have technology demos for our premier products Jetpress 750 and Jetpress FP790.On the offset side, which Fujifilm is already known for, we will showcase our ZX plates, which are truly priceless and help the industry to be one step closer to achieving its sustainability goals. In the packaging segment, we will introduce our new range of inks, water-washable flexo plates and our smart curing systems.”
