As the countdown begins to FESPA Middle East 2026, the spotlight first turns to the FESPA Leadership Exchange (FLEX) — a high-level conference programme designed to bring industry leaders together across the MENA region.
Taking the form of a roadshow in Riyadh, Jeddah, Amman, and Cairo, FLEX will gather C-suite executives from the region’s most influential print and signage businesses. The series offers a rare chance for senior figures to connect in an open forum, where ideas flow freely and cross-border collaboration takes centre stage.
At the heart of FLEX is the ambition to explore how the print sector is being reshaped — both globally and regionally. Discussions will tackle technological disruption, shifting consumer behaviours, and the strategies needed to stay competitive in an evolving marketplace.
Each event will open with FESPA CEO Neil Felton, who will unveil the latest findings from the FESPA Print Census. His presentation will provide delegates with an up-to-date snapshot of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities — setting the stage for the conversations ahead.
The programme promises lively debate on themes such as how brands, retailers, and print buyers are setting new expectations; what the future holds for retail; and the rapid innovations transforming textile printing. Adding a practical dimension, delegates will also take part in an interactive SWOT analysis session, mapping out the sector’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Joining Felton on the speaker line-up are FESPA Board Members Christian Duyckaerts and Alberto Masserdotti, together with FESPA Textile Ambassador Debbie McKeegan — ensuring a rich mix of insights and expertise.
By bringing together decision-makers from across the region, FLEX not only paves the way for FESPA Middle East 2026 but also strengthens the dialogue shaping the future of print in the MENA region.
